Location
The office is located at 1300 W. Belmont. The building is located at the corner of Belmont and Lakewood Avenue. The main entrance to the building is alongside Lakewood Avenue. This door is open during regular business hours. From the main lobby, proceed on the elevator to Suite 504, the Peace of Mind Center, which is where my office is located.For those arriving after regular business hours, you may require a code to enter the building. I will send you this code prior to our meeting. If you receive this, be sure to store it in your cell phone or have it otherwise available to you when you arrive at the building. Parking
There are a number of parking options in the area. The south side of Belmont across from the building has non-metered parking. The north side of Belmont has metered parking. A number of streets south of Belmont have residential non-permit parking available.CTA/Train
Belmont Avenue Station (Brown, Purple, and Red Lines) � Exit station and walk west on Belmont for 0.4 miles to 1300 W. BelmontSouthport Avenue Station (Brown Line) � Exit station and walk 0.3 miles south to Belmont Avenue. Turn left and walk one block to 1300 W. Belmont.
